SafeEx is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to take the helm of our marketing department. As a key leader in our team, you will drive SafeEx’s brand strategy, lead-generation initiatives, and shape our overall market presence. This role is perfect for a highly skilled B2B marketer who is equally adept at big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
In this role, you’ll work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to build a cohesive, data-driven approach to brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. We’re seeking someone who combines analytical insight with a flair for creativity and is passionate about achieving impactful results.
Working closely with our sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and amplifying brand visibility. We need a professional who combines creativity with strategic insight and can confidently manage diverse marketing activities with a results-focused approach.

Your key responsibilities
- Leading the company branding strategy
- Perform market and competitor analysis
- Leading the company web page
- Leading the lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising (LinkedIn and Google), email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Leading the marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies essential for lead tracking and nurturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, targeted content that resonates with our target audience and converts leads into customers.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, making data-backed decisions to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of lead generation strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and lead generation and digital marketing best practices
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead-handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria.
- Leading marketing collateral, landing pages, and other assets to support lead-generation efforts.
- Internationally travel days to be expected.
Your qualifications
- Possess 1-3 years of B2B marketing leadership experience with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Proficient understanding of various lead generation strategies, tools, and tactics.
- Sales and Marketing education or related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
