Area Sales Manager

As our new Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our sales growth within specific regions. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects, building strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas industry, and ensuring their success with our hazardous area inspection and maintenance software.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business prospects in defined regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to increase satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and update our CRM system.
- Share market feedback and insights with the Sales & Marketing department.
- Travel internationally to meet with clients and partners (30-50 days per year).
Qualifications
- Self-driven, adaptable, sales-oriented and eager to learn. We prioritise mindset and personality over formal education and value individuals!
- Understanding and patience for navigating long sales cycles
- Have experience in sales and communication within B2B
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills to identify potential customers and market requirement
- Passionate about working in an international leading SaaS company. Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus!
- Technical experience within the Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage
