SafeEx is seeking a Digital Strategist with a strong commercial mindset to lead our high-impact B2B growth and demand generation initiatives. In this role, you will fine-tune SafeEx’s market positioning and drive our digital presence with conversion-focused strategies that leverage data insights, automation, and cutting-edge tools.
Working closely with our Sales team, you will be integral in expanding our customer base and maximising visibility across digital channels. We are looking for a professional with a high technical skill set who can design and manage complex, data-driven campaigns and continuously optimise for measurable, impactful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop the digital strategy and touch points
- Manage and maintain marketing automation tools, CRM system (Pipedrive), and other technologies essential for lead tracking and nurturing.
- Perform market and data analysis
- Maintain and optimise company web page, SEO and content
- Develop, execute, and optimise end-to-end lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, targeted content that resonates with our target audience and converts leads into customers.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation, making data-backed decisions to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead-handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria.
- Assist in developing marketing content, landing pages, and other assets to support lead-generation efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and lead generation and digital marketing best practices.
- Internationally travel days can occur.
Your qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on technical digital marketing, optimising the inbound strategy and CRM management (Pipedrive).
- Proficient understanding of implementation of various lead generation strategies, initiatives and AI tools.
- Marketing education or related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
